Rikolto in Tanzania is recruiting Young Talent Development Professionals to support two key projects: Vijana Kilimo Biashara (VKB) and the Joint Programme on Accelerating Progress Towards Rural Women’s Economic Empowerment (JP-RWEE). The projects aim to enhance food productivity, reduce post-harvest losses, and strengthen economic empowerment for youth and women in Singida and Dodoma Regions.
The Young Talent Development Professionals will work closely with farmers, local partners and stakeholders to provide technical assistance, coordinate field activities and facilitate market linkages. They will also contribute to capacity-building initiatives, organise farmer field days, and support data collection for monitoring, learning and evaluation.
