Call for Young Talent Development Professionals – Rikolto Tanzania

Rikolto Tanzania is looking for six qualified young graduates to join as interns supporting the implementation of the FICAP – Water for Resilient Communities Project, Nature Fundi Project, and Growing Together Project. The interns will be based in Mbeya, Iringa, and Arusha, working closely with programme teams to support operations, stakeholder engagement, and field-level implementation. Requirements: Graduated in 2022 or later with a Diploma or Degree in Agribusiness Management, Agricultural Extension, Cooperative Management, Agricultural Economics, Business Economics, or related fields. Applicants should be residents of or familiar with Mbeya, Iringa, or Arusha and able to arrange their own accommodation. Call for Intern: Management Support – Global Support Team (Uganda)

Rikolto is seeking a Management Intern to join our Global Support Team in Kampala, Uganda for a 3-month full-time professional internship (August–November 2025). The intern will support the development of a Workload Management Guideline in response to insights from Rikolto’s Employee Satisfaction Survey and global strategic reviews. Tasks include: compiling internal data (survey results, meeting outputs), co-developing a practical guideline on managing staff workload, collecting additional case examples, and designing a basic tool for implementation and monitoring progress. Qualifications: A recent graduate in HR Management, Business Administration, or Economics; fluent in English; confident with Microsoft 365; analytical, structured, and proactive. Call for Consultant: Food Environment Analysis & SME Support – Grow Together Programme (Ethiopia)

Rikolto in East Africa seeks a consultant (individual or firm) to conduct a food environment context analysis, map commodity sector platforms, and provide technical support to food SMEs and sector platforms in Addis Ababa and Jimma, Ethiopia, under the Norad-funded Grow Together programme. The consultant will analyze urban food environments, food distribution models, and food flows; assess platforms in key commodities (maize, sunflower, cocoa, coffee, soya); and coach SMEs on improving food business models, market access, and platform governance.
