Rikolto seeks qualified consultants to lead organizational and business capacity building of Farmer Business Organizations (FBOs) and apex cooperative unions in Ethiopia. The assignment will apply the ICRA Agribusiness Cluster (ABC) Coaching Model to strengthen governance, management, and service delivery to primary producer groups, improve integration into inclusive and climate-resilient food value chains, and support anchor firms in Jimma and Addis Ababa. The consultant will conduct Diagnosis & Design workshops, form and strengthen agribusiness clusters, and deliver coaching-oriented capacity-building trajectories for FBOs.
