Rikolto means harvest

For more than 30 years, Rikolto in East Africa has worked continuously to achieve one goal: a sustainable income for farmers and nutritious, affordable food for everyone. The history of our brand

Inclusive business for food system change

Our work is structured around three global programmes: our international Rice, Cocoa & Coffee and Good Food 4 Cities programmes.

Inclusive business is at their core. We promote long-term business relationships fulfilling farmers' and buyers' needs alike.

We ensure the sustainability of our actions through a holistic sustainable food systems approach facilitating collective action among all food system actors.
